provides part-time further education programmes for young people and adults. The aim of BTEI is to give people who would like to return to learning the opportunity to update their skills and knowledge in a flexible way. This means that people can combine a return to learning with family and other commitments.

is an inter-agency project led by the Community Education Section of Co. Wexford VEC. It has a general aim of training men to work or volunteer in the community, thus attending to the gender imbalance of workers in the area and working towards ensuring sustainable men’s community activity in Co Wexford. Its specific academic aim is to equip learners with the skills, knowledge and competence to work and engage with socially excluded or marginalised men in the community.
